I have decided to combine my photography with one of my interests. Beer. We are living in a purple patch of brewing in the UK and the world right now, the explosion of breweries has been immense and you have to look no further than London to see evidence of this. There are something like 25 breweries in London right now, almost all having started in the last 5 years. Even as I write this there are plenty more in the making. So I have started to visually document this exciting era in brewing by making my way around them, (and perhaps having a taste along the way!) so please enjoy my photo's of this beautiful and ancient art.
